Kororima, also known as Ethiopian cardamom or false cardamom, is a spice commonly used in Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisines. It comes from the seeds of the Aframomum corrorima plant, which belongs to the ginger family. Kororima has a unique, slightly sweet, and citrusy flavor with hints of herbal and floral notes.
